Jordan Park welcomes

——

Samantha Brown to the team

It is with great pleasure that we announce the addition of Samantha Brown, our new Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer, to the Jordan Park team. Samantha has dedicated most of her exceptional career to organizational and people development.

Prior to joining Jordan Park, Samantha worked at Goldman Sachs (GS) from 1999-2016 and served as a consultant to the firm from 2017-2019. Over the course of her GS career, Samantha served in a range of roles focused on business strategy, general management and people development. Samantha became a Managing Director in 2005.

Samantha served as the Region Head for the San Francisco and Seattle Private Wealth Management (PWM) businesses with accountability for all branch operations. On the people front, Samantha was the Global Head of Leadership and Diversity for the Investment Management Division. She also had national responsibility for recruiting, training and ongoing professional development of all U.S.-based advisors. The success of the U.S.-based approach resulted in Samantha traveling to Europe and Asia to share best practices with business leaders in those regions.

Samantha earned her undergraduate degree from Scripps College of The Claremont Colleges where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Delta Pi. She earned an MBA degree from Harvard Business School (HBS) where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Award in recognition for leadership and outstanding contributions to the HBS community.

Aside from her many career accomplishments to date, what really resonates about Samantha is her intelligence, warmth, and passion for growing businesses and developing people. Samantha has the gift of combining her strengths as a strategic thinker with relatability and a down-to- earth nature that is easy to embrace. Samantha lives in Seattle with her husband, Keith, and enjoys baking, Pilates and New Orleans Saints football.
